Servings: Makes 1 Cup Total Time: 5 minutes
- 1 Bunch of basil leaves
- 1/4 Cup Olive oil
- 1/8 Cup pine-nuts or walnuts
- 3/4 Cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients, except olive oil. Pulse until fully combine and texture is fine. Stop motor and scrape down sides with rubber spatula. With food processor running, slowly add in olive oil until all ingredients are smooth. Serve with pasta or use as a spread.
