Red Pepper Purée Crostini’s

Servings: 25-30 Crostini’s

Cook Time: 10 minutes


  • 1 12oz jar roasted red peppers, drained

  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped

  • 8oz goat cheese

  • Balsamic glaze for garnish

  • 1 bag, precut French baguettes

  • 2 tablespoons butter


  1. Preheat oven to 400F, lay precut bread slices on baking sheet. Melt butter in microwave bowl. Brush tops of bread with butter. Bake for 10mins or until golden brown.

  2. Meanwhile, in a food processor place your drained roasted red pepper and purée until you have tiny bits. Place in bowl, mix in basil.

  3. In a microwaveable dish, soften goat cheese for 10 seconds. Remove and whip with fork until fluffy and easily spreadable.

  4. Smear crostini’s with goat cheese, top with red peppers and repeat. Place on second tray. Drizzle crostini’s with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
